At the same time as the President’s visit to East Azerbaijan Province, on Thursday, June 02, 2022, Mr. Rostam Ghasemi, Minister of Roads and Urban Development, along with Mr. Kheirollah Khademi, Deputy Minister and CEO of the Construction and Development of Transportation Infrastructures Company, visited the Tabriz-Marand freeway project, as a part of the ancient silk road.

This freeway is 64 km long and is being built by Abad Rahan Pars International Group (EPCF & BOT contract).
