Following the implementation of the law on the construction of civil projects in road and transportation sector through the participation of banks and other financial and monetary resources of the country, Tehran – Pardis Freeway Company by the investment of Maskan Bank, Pars Roads Development Company and Pardis New Town Civil Company, was founded in 2001.

The company’s scope of activities consists of the construction, maintenance and operation of the Tehran – Pardis freeway and its side projects in order to repay the investments made and the project partnership profit.
