Construction, Maintenance and Operation of Karbala Freeway Company by the investment of Pars Roads Development Company and Iran’s Road Maintenance & Transportation Organization, was founded in 2008.

The company’s scope of activities consists of the construction, maintenance and operation of the Saveh – Hamedan freeway (Lot 2) in order to repay the investments made and the project partnership profit.
